Run an old Waterbury Farrel long stroke very similar to this thread roller. Machine was over 40 years old when purchased...I ran it another 36 years before I retired. As far as I know, it's still on the job...slow, but ultra reliable and easy to setup.
@@ernestodiaz9951 losing the regular depth from the threads... If u required any rolling die or related details and u r welcome to email me young@ony.tw

Waterburys be still running after were long gone the newer machines just improved starter finger angle and better separator than pick and place
Interesting! At work we have a lathe based one. Kinda like 3 of these threaded wheels that press down on bar.
Đây là máy cán ren (phẳng ) tự động VN có từ trước năm 1970 mà bonj sấu bảo không làm được ốc vít .
Đúng những có lẽ ít đơn vị gia công thôi
Good machine
Are the flat dies a one time use or can you reform the threads for continuous usage ?
Continuous usage, do u need such TR-32 roller?
What happens to the dies once the pitch on the dies wears off? Do the dies not loose form of depth or chip after so many bolts ?

@@ernestodiaz9951 when wear occurs you need to replace them. Lifespan depends on how hard the steel bolts are and dies settings.
@@vivalachelik but once the dies you are using on the machine wear out ... Can the very same dies be reformed to be used again?
Sir counter senso how to fixed
The sensor is different from the roller that u have so I could not indicate u how to fix it!
