Maam can you explain what factors hampers bening tumor from metastacising n why do the malignat tumors only metastacise like do we have any on n off switch for metastasis found in one but not the other n what genetic mutation decides whether a tumor will harbor nonmetastacising bening features or aggressively invading features that a malignant tumor usually shows?
In this video you are explaning carcinoma( malignant epithelial tumor) metastacising through hemategenous route but we say carcinoma use lymphatic channels n only sarcomas (tissue malignant cancers) metastacise through blood !!
I thought that the fibronectin helped in locomotion of tumor cells? Even in the actual diagram shows role of fibronectin. So i dont understand when u said tumor cells dont interact with laminin and fibronectin. Explanation pleasee

Nicely explained. Thanks from Pakistan 🇵🇰💝
what does metastatic subclone means in the first picture?
wonderful!

Actually sarcomas have hematogenous preference and carcinoma have lymphatic. But many carcinomas do spread hematogenously.
@@pathologysimplified okay maam I got you thanks a lot
Wow amazing keep it up 👍 you
Thankyou so much. This section is too complicated in Robbins.
@Franklin Legend why here?
Great video 👌🏻
How do snail and twist gene work in metastatis
What about aggressive clonal proliferation?
Mam , why vedio quality is low ,...I can't see what they have
...😞😞
Thank you
Mam..can u upload the molecular genetics of metastasis development
Yes I'll cover that topic in my future uploads.
Thanks
Thank you 💙❤
i guess it's kind of randomly asking but does anyone know of a good site to watch new series online?
@Alejandro Xzavier Flixportal :D
@Jaxx Damien Thank you, I went there and it seems to work :D Appreciate it !!
@Alejandro Xzavier no problem xD
