Having watched this video I contacted Epson (I've got a V550 Photo for negative scanning) and they advised me not to use any solvents or cleaners on the glass of my scanner. Are you advocating the use of lens cleaner on the glass?

So I should use Windex and paper towels? The problem is I scan my collages and they can be sticky sometimes because of glue

Interesting because Epson posted a UA-cam Video where they say to use glass cleaner if necessary.
