I started playing this style of piano at a very young age on my great grandmothers piano when I spent time with her, always playing for her when I’d visit. Kinda looks like something similar is going on here based on the decor in the room haha very good playing
Superb. Precise but swinging all the way...a difficult combination, but that's exactly what this piece needs. It needs that momentum of a syncopated train!
Hi Noah, I've just found your channel. This is really awesome playing. You've got the bounce like Jorg, which is rare to see! Love it! Looking forward to more. All the best, Jonty
@@StefanUlbricht Yes I am well familiar with his music! I take after his style tremendously! You and Jörg have been inspirational to me and you’ve both influenced how I play! And I live in the Bay Area of California right next to San Francisco. Thank you kindly Stefan!!!😁
@@Vanunderdog thanks so much! I learned from the greats! In particular, I take after Albert Ammons and Jörg Hegemann. Not much about learning one particular piece, but figuring out the style of playing by these two great gentlemen of Boogie Woogie!
When I was 7 I wanted to learn piano. My older bro was learning guitar, my cousin drums. My bro said he will become a guitarist and my cousin a drummer. I would be a penis.!
@Noah_Helfrich ah OK, you play very well. I have wanted to play boogie boogie and blues for a while now and I just happend to buy an electric piano today infact! I'm going to book a few lessons to get me started
