How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab. > your profile picture > App Settings > Time Zone.
Turn off the Set Automatically option.
Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
Sync your Fitbit device

For Fitbit, if you haven't done this already. In Fitbit app, top left hand corner there is a picture / profile icon. Click on it. Then on new page option to set up device. This connects device to your phone and clock will automatically set correctly from there. Once set up you'll be able to track your weekly progress. Good luck

Wow talk about trip down memory lane, we used to put them juice cups in freezer aswel, and I will have a look out for the rest of the bargains when I go shopping this week. Just come home from my caravan, i went to heron when got there the other day to get supplies for me and my son. I love it in there and bonus point got poundland next door😂x

Wish we had a herons .. the fitbit make sure your Bluetooth is on on your phone and then go into settings on the app and click sync xx

I was at Fantasy Island with my daughter on Saturday!! I actually kept an eye out in case you were there!! (Not a stalker lol 😂) I wish I had spotted you because I would’ve 100% been that weirdo that ran up to say hi and ask for a selfie 🤣 We had a mega day-was my daughter’s first ever time on a proper rollercoaster too! my weekends been shit but love watching your vids, was in a and e on friday with my yougest son hes 13 he was running with his hands behind his back and fell over and his glasses went in to his skin just above his eye brow and friday was 1 yr since our 2 yr old dog died too

Wow that green cola looks good, it’s got no aspartame in! The only other drink I’ve come across without it in is drench. So drench and the green cola have sweetener from the stevia plant, stevia is almost no calories and I think it’s the healthiest sweetener, I’ve just googled it and it also has some health benefits, I even read that there is some evidence that it could fight or prevent some kinds of cancer. Aspartame on the other hand, I wouldn’t touch that with a barge pole, (research it) but it’s creeping into lots of things now .
