He needs to stop drinking, but also…anyway you look at it, him throwing that chair was not an intentional assault with a deadly weapon toward anyone. The charges should be reduced to misdemeanors. Having said, he definitely needs to pay a hefty fine, apologize publicly, get help for the binge drinking, do substantial community service (not singing, but physical service) & possibly serve some house arrest for 6 months or more.🙏💪
