Yeah. I ship Amy with three different people now.
OMG you guys I've never been so excited about a crossover vid before! We'll see how long it lasts but I really like this one, so I hope you do too :)
There actually is a storyline for this one that hopefully you can kind follow (kinda a Sherlock-replaces-Rory thing): Sherlock and Amy are childhood friends. Amy shares her stories of "the Doctor" with him and as grow up they begin to develop romantic feelings for each other, but then the Doctor shows up and Amy begins disappearing and Sherlock knows why and he's afraid Amy has chosen the Doctor over him.
That middle scene with them running around the museum is supposed to be Sherlock trying to track down Amy and the Doctor. Mostly I just wanted to manip those scenes together cause they were actually filmed in the same place, lol.
I realize Sherlock is VERY OOC in this, but let's face it: Sherlock is OOC in any remotely romantic situation.
Some of the manips are kinda blah, but I'm actually quite like most of them :D

I came into this thinking people were ridiculous to ship them because they have nothing in common. Then I watched the first 11 seconds. They're my new OTP.

At first I thought "BLASPHEMY" and then the feels hit and I was left puddled on the ground because of the cuteness.
I ship these two just because I its a ship you know never has to end because they never met in the first place... Its the only ship moffet cant screw up for me (This video is amazing)
0,48-0,57 is my favortie bit, particularly 0,51 where Amy is running up the stairs. The way you melded that with Sherlock was great
The thing is, you know this can't work, but that doesn't matter because of the amazingly believable editing.

I would've never thought to ship these two before this video. This is fantastically edited and WAY believable!

I started watching this video and I wasn't sure how I would feel about such a crossover couple. Half way through I was completely in love with the idea and now can barely see anything else! I love how you did little Elliot as Sherlock and how you made them grow up together :) Also, this video was so perfectly made that I could just SEE the emotion and the love that Sherlock "had" for Amy throught the video. Perfect, just perfect... :)
i may or may not have just started shipping them due to the awesomeness of this video.
OMG I am totally in love with this they make a superb couple both of them are so charismatic!!!! Amazing editing makes it so believeable and just amazing to watch and I really liked the storyline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BRILLIANT

Oh my goodness. This is just incredible. I mean, wow! You really did well to not only fit these two seperate characters together, but you also made it really believeable. Using the boy from Hungry Earth was brilliant. I, uh, have yet to see Sherlock (sobs) but this is a ship I could actually approve of. Well, maybe if I didn't adore Rory so much.
But siriusly. I've never seen a video/crossover in general as flawless as this one.

This truly is one of the best pieces of work I have ever seen on UA-cam. It is one of the rare few that inspired me to write. I have been in an eight month period of writer's block. I've...kinda watched your video a lot and used it to write I hope that's alright :D Thank you so much for making this! It helped me capture the emotions for my story perfectly! I always love a crossover Sherlock/Doctor Who. I saw : Doctor/Sherlock, John/Rose, John/Amy, but never Sherlock/Amy (or I didn't like the vid), but your video, this video is really good. You made a great job and I love the result ! Sherlock is maybe a OOC but I love him like that, and Amy and him make a beautiful couple. It's beautiful !

I do agree with you. But Amy with The Doctor is a lot like John with Sherlock. She is more charismatic than John but she does have the same adventurous, dependable, loyal qualities. I think she would praise him and believe in him like she does with The Doctor but I guess when I think about it John is more "normal" and follows the customs of life that allow Sherlock to learn how to be with people. I don't know if Amy could teach him like John does.
