- Kate Middleton is focusing on family amid her battle with cancer. An ET source says, the Prince and Princess of Wales 'struggled' to tell their children about Kate’s diagnosis. On Friday, the palace released a video message from Kate, who revealed she's being treated for cancer. It comes nearly two months after it was announced that Kate underwent abdominal surgery. In the week since, rampant conspiracies have run wild about the princess' whereabouts.

Cancer teaches Humility and Gratitude for the things that matter. The quality of care matters. I had Cancer in 2015 with negligent follow up and was diagnosed again in 2022 with stage 3. Still battling but with the best care I could find this time. It changes the things you think are important. Catherine is young, strong and has the best possible care. She's blessed. Many people get their Chemo treatment and have to get to their job so they can pay the bills.

The queens funeral was shown life on several USA TV stations, and the ratings were less than a rerun of a sitcom. Even in Australia and Canada the TV ratings were low. I wish her all the best. No child should lose their parents at a young age. Nor have to fear the idea of losing their parent/s at a young age. Unfortunately, many children do go through this tragic experience.
