Did you ever get this figured out?
Yes. The Motorola phone (brand new) was apparently defective but I figured that out 2 days after the return deadline, the issue I was having with my iPhone ended up being dust in the charge port so it would lose connection. I would not recommend the V11 because there are too many links in the chain that could cause issues. The other drone was a bad controller so they sent me another controller but it would not pair with the drone, they ended up sending me a complete new unit that I never opened and just gave it away.
Get a parrot
A waste of time really and then a waste of money .
I presume you've tried a different phone .
I fly my mini 2 with a second phone
Yes I tried the V11’s with my iPhone and had the same results, I forgot to mention that in the video.

And when you shoot film does it record it ok or similar result on the card
@@116falconer the footage looked yellow , like it was missing blue .
But difficult to see in the daylight

@@116falconer out of three cables RGB , the blue is faulty or loose or the CCD is faulty with collecting blue
