How do you solder and see what you are doing? I use helping hands, but the magnifier doesn't magnify enough. Do you have a video of your soldering set up for tiny whoops? I just fried a vtx because I literally could not see that I had bridged two pads....
Good to know. Better magnification would have made checking easier to do. Maybe a smaller soldering tip would have helped too? Next time I will have to check more carefully before connecting the battery…. Thanks

I am looking for one myself, but they seem to use a low voltage gimbal around 2v and I have not found anything compatible. I would like to replace them as well. I hear the LiteRadio3 will have totally new gimbals but I won't get to try it until mid-December at the earliest.
This is a great set up. Creative problem solving and certainly a "Pack Small, Show Big" Philosophy. When I first bought my Tx16s this is what, as a "Supa-Noob", I thought it would do. Instead, the touch screen didn't even work at all. So lame... your set up here is way better, especially for a Beginner, someone who cannot wear goggles or someone headed to a beautiful island and wants to keep the show pocket sized.

Your comments were spot on. Whomever said you can’t fly with a monitor is a dummy 😂. Also, the cinefun is a good option as you mentioned if you get it on sale it’s even better. I bought two on sale and stripped one for parts for other builds. It’s garbage in any sort of wind but lots of 1s fun and decent quality footage.

I think there is a new breed of FPV pilots that just prefer DJI digital over analog. There are some who just are not able to fly analog at all. Analog is a much smaller and lighter overall setup as you can see in this video. Unfortunately, there is no non-goggle solution for digital yet and all digital are larger and heavier.

I'm confused as to how anyone thinks it's impossible to fly through a monitor. Have they never used a sim on their computer? I agree that it's easier with goggles than a small monitor, but it's not a particularly different experience.
I use GNB 500mah and they're a bit loose but ok, and I have a GNB 850mah which is a really tight fit- it goes in, but it kind of distorts the frame so the props are no longer horizontal. That one's about 8mm thick, I wouldn't recommend it. I honestly never would have believed a Mob7 could lift a Go2, I'm absolutely wowed. Re. the budget monitor- I do have a cheaper solution: a USB-C to OTG adapter, plugged into an android phone (which a lot of people already have) and a USB EZ Cap plugged into it, with one of those cheap standalone receivers plugged into that. Seems like a hassle but the EZ Cap can also be plugged into a laptop, which we invariably carry when we travel anyway. Re the Peanut mount file- Yes please! I haven't received my peanut yet, but it's on the way...
This just make me want one Even more lol. Iv been wanting one since it came out for cinewhoops and smaller. But I'm thinking about getting the caddx peanut just because it might be more durable. But either way this footage is awesome and I seriously love the stabilization and horizon lock feature.
Durability seems about the same for both and I've crashed both plenty of times but probably crashed the Peanut a bit TOO much as it doesn't always come back at the end of the flight with recorded footage. The crashes probably fried something inside it.
@@AlbertKimTV dang that sucks. That's probably the main reason why I haven't bought one because I use Best buy warranty like crazy for my GoPro. I got to figure out if there's a way to get a warranty on the 360 cause I know I'll break it lol
th3 is much bigger and more powerful. it takes 2 batteries and flies more controlled. I own both and prefer the moblite since it is harder to break, flies longer with the same packs and still a lot of fun. The moblite is cheaper to repair due to cheaper parts and frame. Also much easier to work on. For a starter moblite all the way IMO. I regret starting with the th3.

@@LouisLuzuka the th3 is an awesome Quad but you cannot really fly it inside and at one point you will break the frame (even though it is strong as ****). The 1s whoops like the mobula 6/moblite 7 have all the same technology but are more crash resistant and can do pretty much the same. Once you master that I think the th3 is the next step. The th3 does fly really well and it is a great piece of kit. Whatever you get, get something that many people fly so you have a community to help you out. You WILL destroy your Quad likely sooner than later, and that is part of the fun.
I bought my moblite7 for about £70 and got £10 back off banggood because it had 1 x 25000kv motor. So worked out pretty cheap, use the same props but mine would be screaming carrying my go 1! What flight times you get?

I don't have anything special. I guess you might need a more powerful magnifier and just take your time to check more carefully.

The issue is the mount for the naked GoPro. It will add a lot more weight.

I was wondering if you knew of a compatible gimbal to replace the resistor gimbal with hall sensor gimbal for the lite radio 2.

I'm not sure what the wire size is. It's very small. Also, I just used some left over excess wire from some other receivers.

Probably not since the video resolution is max 1440p and most jobs will require 4K video.

Not on this. The mount design isolates the vibrations so it doesn't show up in the video recording.

As mentioned in the video about 3.5 minutes on the 720mah from 4.35v to 3.8v. If I go down to 3.5 or 3.6v, I can get 5 minutes or more.

About 5 minutes on the 720mah battery you saw in the video. Around 40-50% throttle with the props I used.
