U can go up to port by taxi . If you want to go inside island you need hotel reservation or safari booking. Once you have reservation You can go to anantara office at the port, from there you will be taken to Anantara boat ( please check the boat timings before going to the port)

Either you can check with Anantara they will help you or you can book abudabi taxi. I am not familiar with taxi booking process
