Heel Pain is usually blamed on plantar fasciitis, and this is a very common cause. But your heel pain could be coming from FAT PAD SYNDROME!
If you are suffering with heel pain from fat pad syndrome this taping technique will be great for you. Jen had heel pain for three days and this taping technique from Dr. Bradley helped relieve pain immediately when she walked.

You saved my life!!! I had been very sedentary for 20 years after a back injury and only became active 2 years ago, since then I've had excruciating pain in my heel. Podiatrists and gp's told me it was "mild" plantar fasciitis but the plantar wasn't tender to the touch and the orthotics I was prescribed did nothing to alleviate the pain. Today I taped my foot up just like you demonstrated and instantly the pain was reduced.

Amazing. My gp, Physio, podiatrist all said it was plantar fasciitis. However all the exercises and orthotic shoes were not helping and I was still getting lots of pain. I only started taping this way a week ago and I can see so much improvement. Thank you for this.

Thank you so much!!! Just physically pushing my fat pad together already gives me some relief. I can't wait until my tape comes in. I have been going crazy with this heel pain not being able to run. I have tried treating it as plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and at one time I even thought it was a stress fracture. Now I finally have figured it out and can get some relief. Thank you thank you thank you!

I mainly wear my slider sandals and put my heel off to the side so I can walk. This thing has tortured me for over 1 yr. I tried ice baths and i power massager it 1-2 hrs a day. I pray I can break apart that fascia and knots which seem to cause the pressure. There so dense. I tried ice baths too. Your technique could offset it I’ll try it.

The goal of the taping is to manage load. If properly managed, then the irritation can be mitigated, and relief is found. If this is done for long enough, then the fat pad may regenerate. This this can be both for relief and rehabilitation.
