Man I wish I was doing track days as a 20 something. I didn’t get my first 911 turbo till I was 40, then a GT3 2 years later. I’ve never done a track day on my GT3s until full break in at 2500 miles

What an awesome track day experience. That McLearn pit service was a nice touch. It’s cool that the car was everything you’d hoped that it would be. It looked like a monster. I hope you’re able to bring it to COTA and I am looking forward to seeing it at Laguna Seca and all the other tracks. These go by too quickly so let’s get some extended cuts with every second of track time!

Awesome, and having a team help everyone out from the brand is a really nice touch, Mclaren obviously has time for their clients. Do other bespoke car brands do this type of event for their owners? Free or paid?

Thank you so much! I originally got my SCCA Competition License about 6 years ago I believe. I definitely wasn't a kid who grew up with karts. I started out in Mazda Miatas! They were awesome. It's great to have a low horsepower car translate skills into high horsepower sports cars. They teach you so much car control. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I can't wait to share more.

I’ve always thought all of southern California looks hazy like there’s sand in the air. I’m not sure why that is. But up by Santa Cruz it’s not like that. I lived there and still noticed it every day.

For the money and tire life difference i don't see where an R spec tire would let you have any more fun than you were already having. The car looked balanced and responsive with enough grip to make you sweat... is that stock tire especially made for this car or off the shelf? Just an observation as I'm currently tire shopping. Nice driving. smooth is fast!
It seems shockingly very balanced front to rear. You could see how forgiving the tire compound was. It was so responsive with enough grip to make me literally feel winded while getting off the track. I've never been in a street car that truly can generate this feeling from me. I'm not talking about the feeling of exhaustion from being sketchy or difficult to drive, I'm talking about exhaustion from the amount of g-forces and speed! Yes, these are the OEM Standard Pzeros designed for the 750S.
Whats the Optimum Tire temp on these tires and dude talking through the window says 29 PSI when he asked for temperature not recommended tire pressure LOL unless get didnt mean to say tire temps I love watching you drive on the track and all the different cars you've owned especially the C8 Corvettes
How would you compare the 750 with the 720? Do you have the. Sienna brake upgrade?

Hi everyone. I have a serious question. I have a 2024 zo6 with very low miles on the engine and it blew, if they replace the engine the numbers will not match, will it take a big depreciation on the cars value?

Hey Austin- Please give your opinions of the 750 vs the 296 now that you’ve driven both. I’m a McLaren fan but a lot of people whose opinions I trust say the 296 despite weight a few hundred pounds more is a really epic car as well and superior in a few ways while less so in others so would be curious to hear your thoughts
Yea I think most cars like this have a tire that do well on the track straight from the factory. I don’t think it came with 235/265 all season tires . Most GT3s come with MPSC2s which are serviceable on the track .
What's color name? Papaya spark? Or another kind of orange?

You did change the break-in oil after reaching the break-in mileage...right?
Please tell us you didn't go out and run those awesome track sessions with all that contaminated break-in oil.
Can we get an exhaust cam sorta like you did with the 600LT and can you compare “hard driving” but in the different engine modes
Definitely! I didn't have the chance to mount the microphones for the audio like our usual track content, but I definitely will next time. The 750S feels light speed faster than the 600LT (which is CRAZY to imagine)

Porsche gt3rs new 1 is a good bargain for the performance ratio per price but I think McLaren is more fun because with an exhaust the McLaren can make 100hp over factory statistics and u can always get a chassis mounted giant rear wing to get more cornering speed so McLaren is fun and modable. On Porsche all u can get is an exhaust and nothing else besides some race theme wrap
765lt and 750 720 already make like 50 or 80hp over the factory claimed statistics and with a gintani exhaust and tune ull get 20 more ponies out of it
Ferrari isnt making a car in 750s price range that offers the same performance same lap times so 750 is a good buy

I don't understand the logic of building or maintaining a race track in the middle of a desert. A billion degrees, tires, breaks, everything wears at incredible rates, cooling problems on everything, and unless you have an air-conditioned car you're dying as a driver...

@@Jim-rm5vy you don’t need to shift a automatic if you want to engage buy a 458 Ferrari. That McLaren is the reason he’s turning lap times -99% of that is the car. If he want to shift get a 997 911 turbo or current gt3 that has a manual. It’s stupid on a track. There are so many things for a novice driver to concentrate on on the track.Breaking points,corner entry angles exit point, apexes and he’s giving away 30% of his brain power to shift when the computer does it better. Not only that it learns every lap and does better next lap. I’ve had 3 GT3s 2 manual one PDK. It’s so much nicer with the PDK .
Shifting with that automatic is just dumb. Tesla what an intelligent response
