Looks like the garden is working through all the rain. Yours is doing far better than our garden down here in Florida.
It's looking better but not like it should be at this point.
Great tour! I picked green beans yesterday. I pulled my onions last week. We are real dry in Tallahassee, I wish we had some of your rain. Take care...
I wish we could send you a little bit curtesy of TEXAS
If I had the power I would send you some rain.
I know one day it's going to stop and we will be wishing for rain but we need a two week vacation from rain. LOL
My whole garden looks like a hydroponic farm, it’s starting to get that rotten swamp smell from everyday rain and more rain coming. Every plant in the garden has that yellow pee color. To much rain is worse than no rain when it comes to gardening. I’m waiting on sunshine. The Celebrity Tomatoes is my go to hybrid, they make a good size tomato, has great tomato taste and go good on a Fried bologna sandwich
Yes sir, it's a lot of peoples gardens that look like a lake.
I guess I need to come up with a floating garden bed idea. LOL
Fried Bologna Tomato sandwich would be good rite about now.
Very nice. What's your spray regimen for disease on tomatoes? Insects? Also, do you spray your beans? I use a combo copper/mancozeb for disease one week followed by complete disease control the next week. Well, when it's not raining! Been raining like crazy. For insects, I use Bayer Bioadvance Vegetable and Garden I think that's what it's called if I see a need. Sometimes Spinosad in Capt Jacks.
With all the rain we been getting ever other day (it seems like ) I've only sprayed once this year.
But I normally start out with Neem Oil and Baking Soda once a week. Then I swap to Spinosad and/or BT or Bug Buster depending on what insect problem I see.
If things start getting worse I'll step up to a Pyrethrin. Then last resort ( which I don't like to do) is Liquid Seven.
@@papawsplace Appreciate you explaining your spray plan.
We are pretty saturated here in TEXAS.. Too much excitement this morning… I already killed a snake that was eating baby chicks that a hen hatched out and found a tomato worm that ate half a tomato plant
Yes , my prime ark freedom blackberries are kicking it … almost have enough for a cobbler
I'm surprised I haven't had snake issues with all the flooding this year.
Cobbler and some ice cream would be good rite now. LOL
I’ve killed 3 copperheads and one chicken snake so far this year.. the copperheads were all the same size and all at the same time.. and they killed one of my ducks
Raining again
Too much rain.
My marigolds just died .. I think it was too much water
That hydroponic cuke looks great
I wish I had sum of those sweet peas
They are good.
I really like how they are looking over everything else in the buckets.
Too much water will do it.
