This will be my weekend project. Is a dremel tool powerful enough to round those holes bigger? Is that a diamond or tungsten carbide bit?

One of the bushings that holds the original sun visor (was putting in a chrome instead of original blue) stripped on me and I cant get a hold of it on the inside. (would have to take off all of top dash) Anything you recommend for a fix? Would a Pete/Kenworth dealer have something or am I looking at an auto store for a push in rivet or something?
