  • Moving to and living in Germany as a foreigner has got to be one of the most discussed topics and the most recurrent theme on this channel. However, today, I am flipping the coin and telling you the cons of living in Germany or why you should not move to Germany. Take this this video with a pinch of salt, because while this video is meant with humor its also meant to show you the sides that people don’t talk about when it comes to living in Germany, but would have impact on your life in Germany as a foreigner.

Talk about a well-rounded narrative. Showing us both sides of the coin to make more informed decisions. This is a very good way to tell stories. Thank you for the work put into this.

Just downloaded the PDF from your website while learning German! It has been surprisingly easy cause German is so close to my home language Afrikaans
Cannot wait to move there, so aufgeregt!

But but but: "everyone" who moved to Munich claim that people are really nice over there and that it's polar opposite from rest of Germany, especially Berlin. And what about cologne: "everyone" claims that people are so friendly that one will find friends on their very first day? 🧐

I've heard similar comments as well. I have to say that anytime I go anywhere outside of Berlin, everyone seems more friendly in comparison.
