Pretty screwed up. I also feel the dad should’ve known better. I feel bad for the kid. That will give you trust issues. And this guy has a son of his own (I think). Scamming people is one awful thing, but giving a young, innocent child hopes and dreams based on a lie is beyond disgusting.

Anthony always goes quiet when he hears about other dealers travelling to London because he can't go as a fellon😂

And it’s on sale on Roman’s website for $500k considering the whole watch market is down since this video it was not that bad of a purchase after all

@@samk7717 still on sale for a reason though. I could price toilet roll at 10k a roll doesn’t mean it’s worth that.

Whoever wrote the script for this "show" is a terrible script writer. There are a lot of inconsistencies in AF's double talk but to me the most glaring one was the story he told of the client who makes tons of money and doesn't care about buying a watch that will lose $100K in value after one month. If his client truly doesn't care about the loss because he has unlimited money then why ask AF how much of a loss he was going take if he bought the watch? It just doesn't make any sense. Also, AF suffers from narcissism and delusion. He created a fantasy life solely for the purpose of thinking he would sell his "life's story" as a movie or a Netflix series. AF, the only thing your story is worth repeating is on a half hour True Crimes episode. No one care about your fake flexing. I knew the first time I saw this guy spending $15K for subpar meat served by another narcissist who sprinkles salt down his hairy and sweaty forearms that he was a phony.

@rogerchavez6215 Every story he told was nonsense, the 'clients' on the phone were all actors and he only ever made money selling consignment watches to other dealers and not passing the money on to the customer. Its a pity there's no videos of his early escapades,he was dealing with straight up scumbags for the most part

    • @rogerchavez6215

@@skerriesrockart AF is a major reason why the watch grey market tanked. You have all these guys (Roman Sharff, Paul Thorpe, that wanker Nico, Tim Write, etc.) who at one time vouched for AF now disassociating from him tells me the grey market is a cesspool. A wise man once told me "Never do business with someone wearing an ankle monitor." The people who got burned by AF were kind of asking to get ripped off. All the red flags were clearly visible.

Think this is the time period where he was honestly selling the watches to make a honest living😅

    • @almatt8310

With all due respect, don't be so naive. His intentions never gad anything to do with honesty. He was just lucky becauae of the COVID caused watch buying craze. With his expensive lifestyle and shady business practices he wouldn't have lasted that long. Once the craze was over he had no more people flowing in to be scammed and that was his end.

Why would your dream be to get into the watch-flipper secondary market and grind out 4% margins? I think Ethan was taken in by the quality production of the TPG videos showcasing the flex lifestyle. He probably subscribes to Andrew Tate too.

Sad ain’t it? Children used to admire astronauts, war heroes, and men of virtue. Now they are being led astray by fraudsters and crooks on social media. Society needs barriers to entry, nowadays, anyone from anywhere can have a prominent voice to be heard and blow themselves up on social media flexing a faux lifestyle. Social media is destroying the youth. Rolex does a good job of picking and choosing who gets the honor of buying a Rolex wristwatch. Because they only want men of virtue to wear their products.
