    I am talking about all the restrictions/requirements, documents, processes etc. in this video.
    We also describe the whole Digital Nomad Visa process for the Czech Republic in our article below in case you prefer reading :)

      It only applies to IT. There is no exact specification of what IT means so I would generally say Software Developers etc. Read more here: movetoprague.com/digital-nomad-visa-czech-republic/ :) I mean, you can try with your business and see :) You have nothing to lose :)

    Nice! Is there a way for a freelancer to stay in Czech Republic after the 1 year nomad visa ends without continuing it?
    Like applying for residency or something like that?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Рік тому +1

      That is a good question! No one knows yet but it should be generally possible - either keep staying under the business residemce permit, just as a "normal" business owner, not a nomad or apply for an employee card, blue card or student residemce permit.

      @@kirill4531 I think we will only know once we try :) It always works like that when something new is introduced in Czech immigration. Even the people making decisions do not know in the beginning, they consult with their internal lawyer, make decision, then we consult the decision with our lawyers and then we get somewhere - usually a few months of back and forth and then everything is settled and everyone folows the same rules :)

    Whats difference from self-employed visa?

    • @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert
      @jankalina-CzechVisaExpert  Рік тому

      Good question 😂 It is basically one step more complicated than a business visa 😂 Plus it also applies to employees, not only freelancers.

    Hi, I'm asking here because I don't really know where else to ask. I want to move to Europe for College and then live there, and Czech has free University and seems to have a low living cost. Would it be a good country to go to?

      I made a video about this topic ua-cam.com/users/liveUW6nH6l8K74?si=rIPFlFrg9q5_U3UK. As for free education, that is correct but only if you speak Czech.

      If you mean employee cards, you can not get an employee card from Pakistan if your employer is not registered in a special program and even if they are would be difficult.
