@TherealRNO So very true. I rescued a kitten that the local humane society thought should be "humanely euthanized". Granted, it was thrown out of a car window, and did have a VERY large and deep laceration on a hind leg, it had bad fleas, and round worms, and could barely stand when I picked it up off the side of the road. I opted to keep the kitten instead. I got it antibiotics and bandages, a wormer, flea meds, food, water, and a warm bed. It's now a happy, healthy, loving, cat.
