You wouldn't use a starship or tank with planet-busting lasers to hunt lions and bears, would you? But using axes, spears and other medieval weaponry that's only mildly improved with advanced tech? That's more fair.

The City Hunters roar is just so unique and dope. He sounds so much more brutal, vicious and "harder" than all the others. Like someone who enjoys the killing of his prey more than usual, even among Predators. Which makes sense lore-wise, considering what we know about him. He was extremely smart and brutal, like when he outsmarted Keyes and his team in the slaughterhouse, and he was only motivated to come to earth after he saw the recording from the Jungle Hunters helmet, which made him realize that humanity is dangerous enough to be a worthy hunt.

The City Hunter was prepared for losing his bio mask so he brought a respirator just in case. He doesn't wear it as a replacement bio mask in the movie though, just using it once like an inhaler.
I've been praying for years for a proper Predator game that's focused on hunting, something like Assassin's Creed meets Big Game Hunter (in space!). Your initiation hunt is the tutorial, completing hunts and taking trophies wins "honor" (XP), unlocking both equipment and cosmetics... Seems so simple, can't believe it's never really been tried before.
Honestly my only problem with this game is that it's Multiplayer only. The potential for a great Predator game is actually here, the gameplay, the mechanics, the customization. If only it had a Single Player Campaign to go through.
A single player campaign would be off the chain. You could hunt in the jungle, then the city, then a bunch of other places. I would so play it. What ideas would you come up with?

Alpha armor and mask are based of the original Predator's design, you can tell just by looking at it, hence the name "Alpha" as it's a nod to the alpha costume

At this point they should just make a predator tv series where each season and/or episode a predator is placed in different time periods throughout human history or even a video game with tons of lore, exploration, etc. basically like assassin’s creed (1,2,3 & 4) but with predators fighting humans, xenomorphs, or other unique aliens, maybe it would be fun to see predators going up against dinosaurs as well
It would be interesting to see predators hunting in a wide range of wars & battles, Revolutionary War, Civil War, WW1, WW2, the list goes on. Taking aspects from the early Assassins creeds, ghost of Tsushima, fallout, hunting grounds…im just fainting at this point, and I know my expectations would be so high, but I’m sure with the right team and group of people it could be done well and properly, with the release of Prey I’m sure they could do more movies or television properties on streaming services, I feel like HBO Max or Amazon Prime would have the funding to make it

It's interesting to think that not only is the Yautja race very ancient, but the creatures themselves are incredibly long-lived, and individual Predators could have visited the Earth multiple times and seen multiple stages of human culture in their lifetime. It makes you wonder how much of their culture influenced ours, and vice versa.
City was the first DLC I ever purchased through the large DLC pack for $10. Worth it! Val is fun too but I’m not a big fan of the other two. Plus I was granted plenty of masks and weapons! Completely worth it City Hunter is my second favorite Predator along with the film and I was very glad they got his Roar correct too (unlike the Berserker/Mr Black) they only thing incorrect is his mask, the top and bottom are too wide hopefully to be fixed in the future. The only other characters I’m awaiting are Wolf, Lost, and Scarface. Since pieces of their character are already in game it shouldn’t be too long. Hopefully by summer at least Wolf will be in I do think the game is genuinely fun and all it needs is more variety. More levels (LA please), weapons and looks for the soldiers, offline A.I mode, Story (mediocre or not), and for the Predators to be slightly more resistant to bullets. This game still is populated and still on the road to be a definitive online Predator game, we’re just missing some more things to be complete…

Saying good action rpg and putting far cry is a contradiction, if anything the best way to make it is something like hunt: the showdown, lots of little things to kill, a few bigger champions to beat, ALOT of other hunters as competition The other Yautja/Human hunters can very well be scripted events or depending on a few factors be random otherwise (new Prey movie shows humans being competent enough to almost capture a newbie)

No one wanted a multiplayer only game where you're split between Preds and humans. For Heaven's sake, just make another singleplayer Predator game. The engine and the models clearly exist so use them.
My thoughts as to why the females are the same size and strength as the males is that they’re young females, rebellious teens going on hunting parties with males to rebel against their titanic mothers. Makes it more bearable than just “the devs couldn’t be fucked to ignore people whining for them”
I like The Yautja predators, with the biomass masks the wrist blades and the thermoblasters and when they take off their masks they show their faces and they roar.
What surprises me is that the design of the Yautja in the Game is far better than that of the recent movies. Maybe the producers should have asked the development team of Hunting Grounds...
I love the idea that the Yautja not only hunt their prey, but also are invested in learning from them. The different cultures, behaviors, weapons and fashion. Brandishing them and displaying them during the hunt... opening many doors to different kinds of media to show some of these stories. I'm like 100% down for a Viking predator or even a ninja predator? 👀 Where it might learn that speed and stealth is better than brute strength, going for a leaner physique to hide their movement, only hunting at night and wearing an all black armor to hide better during the hunt. Dunno, just sayin' lmao
All the predators faces was the same. What happened to the original faces of every individual predator. There has to be defenses in facial features too.
I do hope Scar from AVP makes a DLC skin and likely this won't happen but I would love to see if they can make the Predator Killer suit into an actual Predator skin.

Only thing that could’ve made this better is if the Berserker Predator actually looked like a Berserker Predator (Super Yaujta).. be even better if they did downloadable skins like the red one from 2010, or Nightstorm with the gold armor! 💪🏾 Oooh wishful thinkin..

When he first came out his audio was from the movie but you heard the sound of when he injects himself with the syringe. Glad they fixed it

Predator: Concrete Jungle was single player, but while the concept was great, it's execution was a bit lackluster. It also hasn't aged well.

In order make a successful predator game they would have to use the parkour mechanics of dying light along with the weapon system mechanics from AVP
