I had originally bought the seeds because my sons love it in the Italian pork sausage we get from Costco but they have decided to eat more healthily so I don’t buy that sausage anymore. They have asked me to make the sausage at home now with ground turkey meat but one key ingredient that they loved about that Costco pork sausage was the fennel seeds. So I bought a bag at the Indian spice store for their turkey sausage. I’m so glad I added this spice back into rotation ❤
I grind up seeds to a fine powder and add a spoonful to my matcha tea. I fill up my large yeti water bottle with super hot water and just sip it all day long. I only add a spoon full of matcha powder (ground up green tea leaves) and the Fennel powder. Nothing else.

I haven’t nursed in 4 years but I’m certain these seeds help increase breast size and makes my skin more supple. It has not helped me with constipation. But I only drink a cup a day
