If you need english subtitles, you can watch them here: sites.google.com/view/skamsubita/skam-italia I'm not sure if you know how skam works, but the clips are released throughout the week as if they are happening "in real time." So for example, if two characters are hanging out on a monday at 11:35am in Italy, then that's when the clip will be released. But it's obviously Italian time zone, so it may be a different time for you. And then at the end of that week those clips are compiled together like an episode. Hope this helps:)
