Great easy to follow video! I wish you made new front lids too. My arms retract and stay when pushed in but the catch for the door is cracked off. This is likely because I would shut the door with the pressure of the broken arms loading the door.

Could have been better - perhaps zoom in a bit on the actual parts? Also, the center gear requires more attention - after following the instructions, the cupholders work great, but the cover no longer stays closed.
