Here's some tips from fellow Harith main:-
1. Try not to use joystick during ultimate .
2. Don't buy concentrated energy unless necessary. Harith's passive has spell vamp.
3. Always try to hit enemy after using S2.
4. Let frontline set before jumping.
5. Best allies can be Vexana, Carimila, Vale, Gatotkaca, tigreal....... Basically everyone with AOE CC effect.
6. Counters might be Esmeralda (main counter), Minsi, Saber, Harley,chou and all suppression effects.
7. Try to play as hyper or as gold laner. Resort mid as last option.
8. Don't try to dive 1v5 just because of passive as CC is the main enemy.
9. For gold laning:- Buy boots immediately. Sell boots at 13 seconds. Buy two mana crystal(I forgot name). Upgrade them to Azure blade. Then buy boots and upgrade to CD boots. 3rd item is book of sages which you can later upgrade to FOH.

Great tips for harith.
Honestly play him as gold lane with vengeance as spell. He out damages all heros in gold lane.
Also Edith (after lvl4) counters harith hard so be careful going up against a good Edith

Okay, but harith relies on his s2 for dmg, not his s1. It's why he needs cd a lot since he can spam it and get big shields

Personally blood wings increases his shield and makes his damage high along with holy crystal
