I think the pines from PB were originally covered with glue and gold leaves thats why they were more golden and sparkly. You cant get that solid look with glitterglue.

The thrifted clear ornaments filled w/green and berries is really cute, so are the pine cones! Thinking I could do the pinecones with my Grandkids for a Christmas craft.
I’ve glittered a ton of pine cones in the past and painting mod podge and then sprinkle glitter on worked the best for me. And if you want the glitter to stay for years you can add another layer of mod podge on top. Loved all these ideas!

What thrift stores is she going to??!! The ones around me never have anything worthwhile 😒
I learned the hard way that you have to go to the thrift stores in the ritzy areas of town. For instance I live in Pasco County, we had to go to Hernando County my sister discovered had the best stuff and that was in The Salvation Army. According to someone who works at The Salvation Army, the stores in the best areas get the merchandise 1st and then they ship what I was left over 2 other stores.

What kind and color of spray paint you used?
They all came out beautiful. The last ornaments you did, I do with my kids every year except I add mop and glow to the paint and do a paint and pour. We use plastic ornaments because I have 3 young kids.

I had so many favorites however the last one you did with the paint inside the clear ornament turned out very high end looking. The ribbon and pearls are super pretty!
