I was already done with shopping and wrapping at the beginning of December. I was following Diane in Denmark, cruising to the holidays. And I'm single. No babies or toddlers to distract me.
For music I heartily recommend Tommy Johansson on UA-cam. Last year he released one Christmas song each day December 1-24! This year he's released one each week! Yesterday Ave Maria! He's Incredible and funny.
In my home, Mom and Dad and every one else wrapped gifts, but Santa did not. That way we knew Santa had been there when we saw a gifts next to our stockings.
I have a hard time buying gift cards anymore because of the unnecessary plastic waste so you can imagine I'll never be able to play that plastic wrap game. Sometimes, the knowledge of the environmental impact weighs me down and ruins my ability to have fun but I also want to make better choices so I'm ultimately glad to have it.

You're such an incredible awesome mum. Dan never wrote a single card or wrapped a single gift for family or Ben. Actually I've ended up doing everything from decorating, shopping, wrapping and cleaning etc this year. It's only the 23rd late afternoon and personally I can't wait to pull the tree down, pack everything away and move on 😂. Christmas is about family and spending time, love with our children.
