Thank you so much Norma for paying us a visit at Sparrow + Wolf. Your love for food and excitement about great hospitality is contagious. We appreciate your review and look forward to seeing you in the future. Keep up the great content and happy eating. ❤
Luis, I don't know why the City of Las Vegas and/or Clark County doesn't pay Michelin to come out to Vegas again. Your restaurant seems like it would be a contender for at least one Michelin star! I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area, and I've flown out to Vegas a couple times for concerts. Generally, I don't go to full service restaurants, but I would definitely consider going to your place 🙂
@@neutrino78x I don’t think my opinion on whether we should have a star or not would be unbiased. I can say we have one of the best hospitality teams in Las Vegas. We are fortunate to work amongst some truly passionate people. We are proud to be a talking point among our community members and love the work we do. Michelin guide briefly operated here in Las Vegas sometime near 2008 when there was an economic downturn. They assed that Las Vegas was not a fine dining destination, rather a tourist destination with many celebrity chefs. I think that year was the last year that they rated anything in the city. Rumor has it that they might be coming back soon. Although we didn’t open our doors with the intention of gaining any of these awards or recognition we definitely believe that we operate at a high level and are hospitality centric. Our food is bold, unique, and unapologetic. We hope you can come down to see us when you are in town.
Wow 🤯 This video should be on prime time tv as its better than anything they are playing already. How do your videos just keep getting better & better Norma? I really enjoyed the editing style on this one and of course, you're the best presenter ever. Thanks for showing us some tasty Vegas treats.
Outstanding bringing the cocktails in while not taking away from the whole video... n Loved your reaction to the food while giving the history of the restaurant, while in a Chili setting... Bravo Norma... 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 P.S. I like you to visit more Bars too, k...
Love your content as usual! Just a suggestion. If you're going to use white text for your lower-thirds, look into either adding a drop shadow or a scrim so that your text doesnt get lost over white or bright video. Either way been watching your videos for years and really love how you keep getting better and better.
The quality of your videos continue to improve!! And this one does not disappoint. Not sure if you’re doing this on purpose, but the way you add the backstory is very effective. Annndddd you didn’t spill on yourself!!!!YEAH!!! And thank you for showing us these gems of Vegas!!!🙏
Great choices Norma. Both places look amazing and worth it. Thanks for sharing. I only have one issue with the banana creme brulee. It's really a banana creme because they don't brulee it. He said it too, "it's like a creme brulee without the brulee" but they kept it in the name.😂😂
Two great restaurants to try. My favorite off-strip place is Ferraro's Ristorante on Paradise across from Virgin. Some of the best Italian food I've had 😋
Love the new look videos - the overlays and stuff look amazing (cursive text was hard to make out sometimes) - your videos were already great but this has really elevated them!
I'm not a local but every time I'm in Vegas, I always go off the Strip to eat at great restaurants. Here are some of my favorites: Izakaya Go, Hatchi, Lamaii, Pho & Beyond, Noodlehead and Birrieria.
We ❤ going to places off the strip. Quality and prices are better. The last couple of visits we havent spent any money on food & drink on the strip. Thanks Norma for more places to add to my list for the April 2025 visit!
Always been a big fan of Lola's - A Louisiana Kitchen. Great Cajun food (though I do miss their original location). Please do a video of "locals" bars. Looking for a good replacement now that the Sip-n-Tip is closed.
Thank you so much, Norma. We watch you all the time and love all of your videos and your high energy.. we are coming out to Vegas this week and would love to possibly hook up or meet you and thank you for sharing these food places because we’re definitely gonna look them up in old Chinatown . This would be a dream come true. Hope you get back with me. Hugs Delores Deedee Moon
Norma, thank you for the video. Nice to see places to eat off the strip. Just one minor problem. The interview with Chef Brian Howard the background music was too loud and it was hard to hear what Brian Howard was saying.
seems like Chinatown gets a lot of love from the foodies. No surprise there since most of the places i i've gone to seem to range from decent to really good. But Chinatown has been getting more crowded every time i seem to visit Vegas. Wondering if you can try to locate some decent restaurant finds in North Vegas or West Vegas.
I've heard lots of amazing things about Sparrow + Wolf, and with such a high rating, I think we'll soon be hearing lots about Anima too. There are so many incredible restaurants located just minutes from the Strip, and I'm so happy you showed us a couple. Excellent job Norma!! 🌠
The price of the tasting menu at Anima is amazing! There is no way I could eat all that food! I wonder if you could get one tasting menu for two people!
Wow, Sparrow + Wolf and Anima looked like Michelin quality restaurants! The City of Las Vegas and/or Clark County really needs Michelin to come out and review the city again! You guys surely at least have several one Michelin star places, if not a Three Star Michelin place! There are only 14 in the USA (making us tied with Italy), but I'll bet we could raise it to 15 or 16 if Michelin came back to Vegas. Admittedly, full service restaurants are not something I'm into, generally speaking. The only times you'll see me at one are, if I'm there as a special occasion with family, or on Amtrak. Most of the long distance Amtrak trains have full service restaurants on them. Yet another reason why I think you would like them, Norma! For example the California Zephyr, which goes from Emeryville (in my area) to Chicago, has a full service restaurant, and the food is included in your ticket. There's a three course dinner: appetizer, entree and desert. The choices for main course are flat iron steak, pan roasted chicken breast, salmon and pasta primavera. 🙂 Anyway the editing on this video was amazing and so was your great beauty 😍
Norma, need a favor. I ran into a couple that vlog in Vegas, but I can’t remember their channel name. His name is Dave and I don’t remember her first name, but I think their last name is Iverson. They stay at Cosmopolitan quite a bit. Any clue who I’m referring to? Thanks.
Langostino 🦐 from Mariscos El Puerto off Decatur and Lake Mead. Ask for the chef to make your El puerto sauce extra spicy 🌶️ 🥵 🔥 🔥 A1 hidden gem 💎 way off the strip. All these places boujee af. I visit LV 2/3x a year and always stop at Mariscos El Puerto and Dom Demarcos.

Great content as always Norma Geli 😊❤😊
I LOVED you interviews with Kitchen Staff! Well done, a very good choice to offer us that insight into the "back oi the house".
Norma! I absolutely adore the new more cinematic aesthetic! Great spots too! Bravo!
Fantastic Vid Norma! Thanks for the locals recommendations! Adding to the lists!🙌
Good hire on your editor. I know I say it alot but you can really see the new style in editing. Very professional.
Great information, really useful
Fantastic video! 🍷💯
Sparrow + Wolf is absolutely amazing! The service, the food, the drinks and the vibe are all spectacular!
I love going off strip when I am in town - Cleaver was our latest find - great deals and fun atmosphere
Serious upgrade on the visuals and presentation, fabulous content as ever.
😂
Love the style. It really is like watching a tv show!
🙏
Oh those dishes looked so good! Please do more of these videos. It's good to see other great places to eat that are not on the strip.
All that food looks so amazing, thank you for sharing.
All the food looks so delicious. And I love your quote : "Hi, I'm Spicy, what's your name" Could be my new pickup line. 😄
Thank u Norma for an awesome video ... I share ur videos no matter what Norma ... I hope someday I get to meet up with u and Lydia 😁
Liking the new style! Beautiful looking food and cocktails!
Never miss a Norma Geli blooper reel

Completely Agree!💯
Whooooooooooooaaa delish,!!!!
Loved getting off the strip this week and meeting the chefs. So amazing, and now I’m hungry.
Love when the waiter reads off the ingredients of each Dish...And NG just has a Blank stare and no response🤭
#outofherleague🤭

Great video and informative. Will hit both of those places when in town. I like the format.
Hi Norma it's Pat from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada 🇨🇦. Thanks for the video. 3:17 1967 Mustang?

Norma your the best great video!!
Norma, you're a gem!! 😮
HAHA, she was buzzed at the 23:00 minute mark, the slurring really picked up "soooizzzz something video" lol
I heard the slurring at the end too. She obviously had a fantastic dinner experience. LOL
Yes, she definitely is buzzed, and her slurring makes it hard to understand her. Appreciate the content but not the boozie commentary. 😂
@@sandywaddell7737always drinking
@ I thought it was cute and endearing. Shows she knows how to enjoy her job. 😀
She deserves chorizo for her slurring 🎉
I just saw 5 hours of videos this girl has cool videos of Las Vegas .....keep them coming
Your foodie videos always leave me hungry, Norma. Good thing I was watching this during lunch!!😀Great job as always!!!
I appreciate you and thank you for making content.
Good Food and a BUZZ 👍 .. love the Channel

I put more stock in a Norma Geli "Oooh, that's nice" than a paragraph of "notes of cassis and crab apple" sort of assessment.
When it comes to food , I trust Norma 😋
Looks good! I loved shaved truffle! It is so much more delicate than when chefs use truffle oil 😤
I'm not a local but every time I'm in Vegas, I always go off the Strip to eat at great restaurants. Here are some of my favorites: Izakaya Go, Hatchi, Lamaii, Pho & Beyond, Noodlehead and Birrieria.
Right next to Anima is Karved which has great food and Pinches Tacos has a good happy hour.
“Hi! I’m spicy what’s your name?” Love it!🤣
Love when locals share their hidden gems!
We ❤ going to places off the strip. Quality and prices are better. The last couple of visits we havent spent any money on food & drink on the strip.
Thanks Norma for more places to add to my list for the April 2025 visit!
This was fantastic! I wish you could showcase a few more places.
This is great! What a creative approach. We tourists like to explore too!
The Shrimp 🍤 Balsam looked amazing !
Gary really love you norma. Geli
Norma, I had to come back to LA for work, but once Im back to LV, its Frankies Tiki....Your treat.....😌

Hey Norma! Can you do a WHERE TO WATCH THE SUPER BOWL video ?? I’ll be in town that weekend! Gracias hermana ❤
Norma, thank you for the video. Nice to see places to eat off the strip. Just one minor problem. The interview with Chef Brian Howard the background music was too loud and it was hard to hear what Brian Howard was saying.
So many more places yet to visit and eat at ! I can’t keep up LOL.

Your Sparrow and Wolf. The most exiting meal I’ve ever had!
Wow look very delicious to me…….. oooooo my I’m so drooling! Ha ha ha but honest look like good foods thank you Norma 🫶🏽🫶🏽❤️
Norma video well done😉❤🦂🏜🌞
You know you’re way in over your head when you don’t understand half the ingredients being described.
😂
Nora’s Italian Cuisine. Maybe ten minutes from the strip. Great food, good prices.
The price of the tasting menu at Anima is amazing! There is no way I could eat all that food! I wonder if you could get one tasting menu for two people!
You should definitely do more unique local spots! 😀
U got any video on area 15
I do! But I made the video over 2 years ago so some of it is not there anymore
I thought you were saying "enema" instead of "Anima"...oops! Great great job one the video.
😂😂 new enema spot in Vegas!
lol, the engine rev killed me.

Looks really tasty and upscale off strip.
She needs to do the food trucks in vegas
I have before but I think most of them went out of business , so it’s hard to show them off
I agreeeeeee
Norma, need a favor.

@ thank you
@@DennisHall-g7r no problem!
Hi Norma! 😊
Can you do all the Hawaiian food places please?🤙🌴😎
❤❤❤
This was a great video!
Luar biasa
She’s fantastic and her videos are always really fun.
These two restaurants tho…
WAAY to fancy and tiny portions. 😢
TGIG🎉
Ngl Chinatown has the best restaurants in the city. 🤤🤤
Chuck wagon inside longhorn on Boulder highway
No one but you Norma
Ooh these videos are going to bankrupt me if my job moves me to Vegas (which is looking more and more likely)
I love Foie Gras. Wish Cali would bring it back legally. And Gin rules btw. These places kick ass against the overrated and over priced Strip.

Lydia, does Norma have a bit of a buzz going on?? Smiling Profusely
I just saw on a reel....YOU TOTALLY TALKED WITH GORDON RAMSAY! So you gonna hang out with him and stuff? Don't forget us normal people

Love the new editing style!! You’ve upped your game Norma ❤👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Interesting. The wanna be strip chefs could be good for people just wanting something good to eat. I rarely go to the strip anymore.
Norma needs to work on her descriptions.
Norma, Loving the hair color!
Your slurring made you difficult to understand. Appreciate your efforts though.
