Brought this for my 13 yr old b day ( just turned up) very nice display box- looks great Will b his main camping knife , an maybe his edc in coming years 👍 Im sheathing a civivi midway
I'm not sure if you can identify what the perfect size for a fixed-blade EDC pocket carry is for everyone. That's going to very so much between individuals. My Civivi fixie Stormridge is my favorite right now. It could use a little more girth in the handle, but it's fairly close.
def not man, it took me years to figure out what i like lol. the thing is too, the blade will change within how you want to carry too. what works in my pocket for me may not work on the belt or whatever. i usually will direct people looking for purely an edc blade to something smaller, like the muskrat etc. that way its def not to large and if the person wants to bump up a smidge they can. instead of starting way to large
To me, an EDC knife is a very handy piece of equipment. My go bag has a couple fixed blades, but it's the length that keeps me from carrying a fixed blade every day. Not dissing on them, am only saying that for me, a high quality folder does pretty much everything a fixed blade can for normal daily stuff, and it has a smaller physical envelope. My .02 cents FWIW. God bless.
@@neilreid9005 I no what your saying. Check out my video on the Kizer Muskrat - it's a perfect EDC fixed blade. Or the one I posted tonight. Small enough to carry easy and able to be very dependable
@ not really ..I only got it about 1.5 years ago…I do own a first edition endura with the intergraded FRN pocket clip right side carry only…in AUS 8 steel
In some instances for some people it would be. That's why I call it a crossover fixed blade, someone could EDC it but also be used outdoors for some things
