Hi! First of all thank you for watching my vlogs! 💖 I hope it motivated you to get started. Staying consistent is not easy, you’re right. But, whenever I have those kinds of days, I just forgive myself and give myself the rest I needed. After, that’s when I start getting back on track. I start by doing things I enjoy such as doing my morning routine religiously (journal, skincare, breakfast, workout), and then I proceed to studying. I am in a better mood already, meaning I can function better as well. 🥰
that helps to know to just accept the resting time. My lessons and assignments take hours!@@dailynixa4105
