Chill Solos Skylanders Giants

Chill out mane.
1) Only the one skylander can be used. If you use a giant of the life element, you can do the feats of strength and such, and enter life gates. But can't do any other element of gate, such as fire or water. And if you play as a non giant, then feats of strength are something you can't do that run, only what you chosen character can do goes.
2) No intentional glitches or exploits, like bridge skip in rumbletown and skipping drill x in the big rig. If say you fall off the edge and get put back somewhere you weren't supposed to be, that's fine. Basically if the devs didn't intend for it, don't do it.
3) The figure must be reset at the start of the run. Level 1, no gold, no upgrades, fresh figure.
4) The time of the run is based on real time spent playing, not just the level timer. So if you fail a level, too bad, the timer keeps going.
5) Time starts when you first move your character after reseting it. asap you reset the figure, and when you first move from spawn, then the timer starts. The timer ends when Kaos final fight animation plays, not when the level 16 stars come on down.
6) Normal difficulty, unless stated otherwise, the runs are completed on normal difficulty.

nice video but too bad its on the normal difficulty. would be nicer to know if individual skylanders were capable of soloing challenging games instead, chill is a special case because her ice wall upgrade path is alot better than people make it out to be but that's kindof a different subject, knowing whether different characters are better than they are made out to be or overpowered enough to solo the game. for a more speedrun based challenge you've laid out, it works out just fine. also nice profile picture, Magus bride 10/10

My plan (for now) is to do runs with every character, as something like a baseline for their placement. Later down the line, for if/when I do reruns of characters, then the difficulty will be on hard maybe nightmare, as I should have a better understanding of each character. And I agree, 10/10 show

@@someangryweeb1441 cool. and if you are on PC, i would highly suggest downloading a skylanders giants emulator so you can record with OBS instead of a camera. i use the one on the "dolphin" emulator but if your savvy enough to make videos like this you could surely figure out how to do it. however WASD for the game IS harder to aim characters with and i havent tried connecting other controllers, but i know it would help alot with quality and let you include game sound
not to mention you can have unlimited free skylanders if you use the emulated portal of power
and i saw you used a random wheel at first but if you think the next skylander you do could be by suggestion, im interested in seeing sprocket try to solo. between that or jetvac or ignitor

@brenblokszero3772 I likely could get it through Obs or emulation if I put in the time to do it. But I do my runs on console (360), and my preference of videos to make is ones like this, where the majority of my time is in the recording rather than the editing. But I might do some recordings with obs one day.

​@brenblokszero3772 Just reread the comment, and whilst the next run has already been recorded and should be up tonight, the run after will be either jet-vac or ignitor as I now have sprocket. :)
