Actually andaming bumibili ng mga mura online but never realized the harm it can cause the family once the pots chipped and mixed in the food. Na realize ko lng yan when Juday pointed that out. Health is wealth pa din. Good point Juday! 👌

Totally agree with Miss Juday to invest khit medyo mahal pero last forever. Way back 2004 nag purchased ako ng Professional Platinum cookware set na hulugan pa pro no regrets kasi until now sya pa rin ang ginagamit ko. Like Miss Juday said put it on your wish list for special occasions and that’s how I accumulate my Le Creuset collection.

Love this episode! For some reason i like collecting good pots & Lecruset is one and youre right sulit sa bayad and ipapamana ko din lol Now I like your wok from Bangkok. Tamang tama pupunta kami sa Bangkok this October and Chatuchak Market is on our list to go. Can you remember where in Chatuchak bought it? or how you pick a good wok? kasi I bought one last year sa Seafood city kinalawang kaagad after I wash it kaloka. Hi Ms. Judy Ann 😊 You’ve inspired me to enjoy cooking even if I don’t have the talent for it. I was fortunate to be living in Vacaville CA and near the Le Creuset outlet when I got hooked with your UA-cam channel episodes and observed the tools you use in the kitchen. I did not know about Le Creuset at the time and just discovered them because of you. I wanted to ask how do you keep them looking like new? The outer bottom of mine has darken through use and I don’t know how to clean them off. I have the sauce pan, braiser and griller

Alam mo Miss Juday na realized ko yan talaga this week na mag invest na good pots. Meron na akong cast iron pero wlang wok na cast iron so the other day bumili ako ng Hexclad. Naisipan kong bumili dahil nakita ko binigyan ka ni Marven noon and I wanna try how good it is. ❤❤❤

Yung di mo alam anong ingredients and then the challenge is to create something out of it na masarap at magugustuhan ng lahat. It could be something na alam lutuin using the ingredients inside the mystery box or you can experiment.
I actually sometimes would cook by just imaging the taste of each ingredient if it’s gonna work when I incorporate them together without a cookbook or guide. Very random and luckily would turn out good.

Pangarap ko tlgah yang Le Creuset na lutuan. My mga ngbebenta online ng japan surplus d2 samen pero dko sure if legit na orig sya..
I started investing on pots and pans (kahit nagagalit na nanay, kung ano ano daw binibili ko)..I started with a good stainless steel skillet, kahit yung Chef's Classic (3-ply) lang, good na sya (though minamanifest ko ang AllClad or MadeIn)..next is yung ceramic coated cast iron dutch oven..di lang kaya ang LeCreuset brand pero pwede na din yung 6 Qt. Lodge (ang bigat din and mukang pwede din ipamana sa next gen)..I bought mine when it was on sale in Shopee. Next is a Lodge cast iron skillet (12"). Sobra nga lang kailangan i-baby (seasoning) but it will last you a lifetime (sobrang bigat nya). Last is the carbon steel chinese wok (14" no coating), yung kagaya ng kay Ninong Ry. Mabigat din sya pero di sing bigat ng cast iron. Kahit konti lang, sobrang quality naman sila lahat and walang harmful chemicals so I think magagamit sila ng matagal na matagal na panahon. My 3 kids gave me a Le Creuset on Christmas Day, which was my Christmas gift list, and the next Christmas time, I asked them to buy me stainless cookwares, but rather they bought me a hexclad cookware. Love using them, since I’ve been using them, I donate my old cookwares, to goodwill.

Steel brush can use to wash the cast iron but you can’t use soap to clean it.That’s how you clean the cast iron 😊

We use ours for steak
Fried egg or any cooking that requires or renders fat. Keep it clean, dry and greased all the time and you'll be fine :)
