Depending on how durable the car is, you can have like 10 trys before losing at marked man. Or if you got a speed car, youll probably die after 3 or 4 trys. It tells you how manys trys you got when picking your car at the junk yard right by speed and boost

I brought a maxed durability car to a Road Rage and needed 5 crashes to die.
Think of the durability as a health bar: every wreck deducts 2 dots.

The Street Rod isn't the fastest car in the game. It's as fast as the PCPD Special, the Rai-Jin Turbo, the Carbon Hawker, the Extreme Hot Rod and the Nighthawk.

The Rajin turbo and extreme hotrod will actually outrun the street Rod. The extreme hot rod is the fastest in the game, with the Rajin close behind with 10 speed but no boost so it looses speed
The GT nighthawk accelerates way faster than the streetrod and has superior handling. They street rod is a strange car. Not nice to drive. Handling is really average
It's not how it works, 10 speed means the car can reach the game's max speed without nitrous. 10 nitrous means it can reach it with nitrous.
Really late but take it downhill and the street rod is fastest

I have absolutely every car from the previous version of the game back on ps3 including the code cars. And Theo, the diamond p12 is more of a show off car than a useable racing car, I love the car but it’s not faster than a lot of cars in the game. In case you never used the car because I swore you said you never used it lol
Douglas Snodgrass they removed the code cars after a while, so if you hadn’t done it then you couldn’t get them, be interesting to see if they are in the remastered. I forgot to even check during the 10 hour trial
Sure the Diamond isn’t the fastest car but when you’re the only one in the lobby that has it, it’s a good feeling. Also a skilled driver can easily outrun a terrible one in the fastest car with the P12 diamond since they gave it a bit of a speed increase compared to the normal one
I like to test myself sometimes in online lobbies by using average cars like the Carbon Ikusa GT. See if I can make it to challenges destinations before other drivers

Street Rod is actually slower than the Rajin turbo (the online car) and the extreme hotrod. Extreme hot rod has the highest top speed in the game. Also accelerates faster than the street Rod, and unlimited NOS lmao

the diamond p12 is nowhere near as fast as other cars
its main advantages are its exclusivity and its weight.
It’s still an awesome car. All versions of the P12 do everything really well, sure it might not be the fastest thing in the game but when you’re the only person in the lobby with it it’s a good feeling
You’re going to see 99% of players driving the nighthawk anyway though since they gave all the DLC away for free. That car is so broken and they never fixed it

TY5ON JAM some cars are really good at drifting and others handle like cruise ships. Completely depends on the car
