I have uninstalled Facebook and logged out of twitter. I never had an account on Instagram.. Now my life is peaceful and away from putting my head into provoking posts and arguments.. I'm more focussed at my work now and feeling much better

Just to add a point to your observation, something more important about all these social media and addiction is the algorithm they have to SUGGEST (FEEDS) the posts. Automatic feeds. When ever we go and search for something and come out, it doesn't affect our attention or becomes habitual. It is when you start following the feeds it becomes more addictive. Then we start going back to see those feeds without realising we never searched for it. They start to randomly pop up in our mind. Breaking our attention.
Every family has worries .Just remember does in long term this worries make any sense .Give your career priority .Work hard only solution to keep going in life

When we do exercise we feel ki we are gaining energy ,when i solve tough questions ,I feel more energetic but problem is ki fear of doing things above our level , laziness but there's only one solution "dhun do".we just have to do it and after completion of that hard task our body will feel even more energetic
