    I have uninstalled Facebook and logged out of twitter. I never had an account on Instagram..
    Now my life is peaceful and away from putting my head into provoking posts and arguments..
    I'm more focussed at my work now and feeling much better

    I'm 18___and I have deleted all social media!
    I run about 10 km everyday in the field_
    im making habit of reading books and spending time with myself__!
    im feeling so energetic,disciplined and most importantly more socialized than before.

      Just to add a point to your observation, something more important about all these social media and addiction is the algorithm they have to SUGGEST (FEEDS) the posts. Automatic feeds. When ever we go and search for something and come out, it doesn't affect our attention or becomes habitual. It is when you start following the feeds it becomes more addictive. Then we start going back to see those feeds without realising we never searched for it. They start to randomly pop up in our mind. Breaking our attention.

    With much difficulty, I had uninstalled Instagram recently 😇
    I did so because of 2 major reasons; 1) I was addicted to it and spending hours & hours on it 2) the recent change in their policy of promoting video content than images (being a photographer) 😶
    After watching your video, I am feeling much better to get out of it 😇 thank you 👍🏼

    Great content Rajan Sir. But try adding some background music to your videos. Your ideal audience must be dopamine addicted people.Their dopamine levels are so high they won't watch this complete video without getting significant dopamine.Its like giving nicotex to cigarate addicted people.I hope u understand my point of view 😅.

    I have taken a challenge to do not use Instagram for 1 weak
    Then after I used it for 2 days .
    Next challenge was to do not use Instagram for 3 weeks.
    Next for 1 month.
    I have not used Instagram for 2 months. I also not active at fb .
    It feels really good

    dopamine- do it more. after come time it becomes a habit where you anticipate and you get dopamine.
    social media- new addiction = cocaine addiction because all works in the same way.
    Spend time on fruitful things.
    1.losing your valuable time.
    2.losing your energy.
    3.by comparing with others it even drains even more.. It sucks.

      When we do exercise we feel ki we are gaining energy ,when i solve tough questions ,I feel more energetic but problem is ki fear of doing things above our level , laziness but there's only one solution "dhun do".we just have to do it and after completion of that hard task our body will feel even more energetic
