Hey man quick question how do you adjust the hinge when it’s not holding the position of the dome? Like opening it and it closes back instead of keeping that position
I want to get one for my terrace and keep it inside while cooking since it seem pretty heavy to be moving it to yard every time I want to use it, my question is: will the smoke be a problem if I use it inside de terrace? Will it stain the ceiling?
Alejandro Villaseñor well, it is very heavy, however the rollers on the legs make it very easy to roll. I have had mine under a covered patio along with another smoker, and I have not seen any staining on my ceiling. Now, if this is a white ceiling.. it will probably stain. Depends on the color of the ceiling I suppose. Hope that helps!!
@@therecipestation1026 The wobble is not a deal breaker just a little annoying. I'm hoping to figure out a way to fix it. Also to figure out if it is a normal thing or something that needs to be reported to the manufacturer for QC attention.
Another tip that I like to do is put a drip pan on top of the diffuser plate so all the grease drips into the pan and keeps the plate clean

Did you explore buying one of those fan attachments for temp control like the EGG Genius or the Kamado Joe iKamand?

0000 no mine did not wobble at all. Perhaps there is something still in there making it uneven?
@@therecipestation1026 Ichecked all around under my firebox and it seems the ceramic is uneven just a little bit.
0000 well you can always file it down a bit with a very fine file.. or return it lol.. but seeing how heavy it is that’s prob not an option
