My first car in 1970 was a 57 Fairlane 500 in all black. 312 with 3 sp. O.D. The motor was tired and the car was a rust bucket way back then. But for $175 I loved it! I swapped in a 428 and C6 auto from a police interceptor as a high school shop class project. My Dad drove it one time and got a ticket for loud mufflers. lol
WISH IT HAD A/C. I KNOW THEY DIDN'T COME EQUIP WITH IT, BUT A WELL INSTALLED AFTER MARKET WOULD BE GREAT ON A RIDE LIKE THIS. THANKS FOR SHARING VIDEO OF NICE RIDE. LOVED IT❤👍
I've seen a couple of '57 Ford restos with aftermarket period appropriate AC units and the AC looks like it come out of the factory. I live in a sunny hot State so AC in a car is mandatory.

Still a Chevy Guy. Nice car

Not a true restoration. Suspension too low. Not factory. Wrong tires and wheels.
