Dude, you are a bad ass! The best thing about all of this is that it is relative to everyone's progress. Everything you experienced on 240 miles, someone else (me) can experience in 20 miles.
Yes! It's all relative to the distance. I was once told "It doesn't get easier, you just get faster", and that's been true for my entire running journey.
Looking forward to the race vid. One of the things that makes your videos stand out is how much you go into the inner conflicts you experience enroute. You have inspired me to go looking for that kind of adversity to see if I can unlock that door too.
I’m 66 years old and still trail running. Instead of ultras I’m stoked to run ten miles for pure fun , but I still need this kind of motivation. Thanks!!!
I’m shocked no one called the cops at mile 90 trying to cross that road with a pram 😂 great work new subscriber here. Inspiring my to do my first 10 miles
Get after it! The problem with your first 10 miler is when you're done you'll want 13.1...then 26.2...then....well you see where I'm at! I'm surprised I didn't get the cops called around the whole lake, much of the time I look unkempt and crazy. The people walking/biking around the lake didn't seem to take much mind though, I think they're used to seeing a few crazies running around it from time to time.
I'm looking forward to the full video. I will show you the DJI pocket 3 when I meet you in Florida. It has replaced my gopro. I now run with my insta 360 and the DJI pocket 3. intsa 360 is so perfect for starting line shots!
I've had my eye on the pocket 3, it seems like can capture some pretty incredible low light shots. The hardest thing for me is low light footage. Even with two 1000 lumen lights (headlamp and handheld) the low light footage on action cameras is so shakey

I kept looking you up throughout the weekend to see how you were doing, fantastic job!!
I will watch this over the weekend, but just wanted to pop in and say let's go! And that you are badass and congrats on the accomplishment!!!
Thank you very much! I hope you enjoy it, this was fun to make and I think you can tell my excitement through the whole thing.
