Great video and review! Glad to know theres some other alternatives for my current mats if I decide to expand VR to more rooms in my house. I find the VR mats really make a difference even from yoga mats or exercise squares, really informative thanks!
I never considered yoga mats but that would be a great option! I really like having something I can move out of the way when not in use.

this looks cool. Can you find the nubs when you're playing? Is it easy to tell which way you're facing?
It is very easy and helps keep you position correctly. The nubs plus the stars in the front make it work great.

How did you deal with the oily residue on the mat? I've washed it 2x with dish soap and it is still very slippery. In fact it left a slippery spot on my hardwood floor. I'm going to try washing it again. Any thoughts?
I wiped mine down with alcohol wipes. I also use it on carpet and with socks so maybe it just eventually wore any left away.
I have been trying to figure this out for hours. How do you stretch your arms out because the mat is to small for my full wingspan?
It works pretty good for me but I’m only 5’ 9” 😆
@@rekcinol I’m shorter than that that but even in the thumbnail u can see even if you stretch your arms sideways it won’t be enough room. Are you setting your boundaries just around the circle or bigger. I’m asking because I play Creed Rise to Glory a lot so i fear it won’t be big enough.
@@tarundouglas8051 I have room scale boundary so it’s way bigger than the mat but I’m on the mat most of the time with no problems. It helps me stay in the center of the play area.
So it is worth it
