      Laser surgery...HOW TO ERASE STUPID TATTOOS! (Most are too ugly!)
      Q-switched lasers - which release energy in a single, powerful pulse - are often the treatment of choice for tattoo removal. A special type of laser - called a Q-switched Nd:YAG - might be used on darker skin to avoid changing the skin's pigment permanently.

    WOW! I was in a trance watching how softly you layered in the black. Great analogy about the pressure when you scratch your skin! ❤Would you make a future POV showing/explaining your way of doing it, since the stencil is the roadmap of a tattoo? I seem to overcomplicate my stencils and sometimes get lost during the tattoo. Thanks again Chris for all you do to help others to become better! 🙏 Poppy

    I am aware some of you are having problems hearing my voice over the music. I edit through headphones and on those headphones the voice over volume to music was absolutely fine. I have also watched while having my phone volume on low and can still hear my voice fine, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
    I apologise if you are having issues with audio. Because my audio is fine, I would struggle to find the problem.
    If it’s the music that’s too loud only..I will address this for next video

    Nice work man I’m still in the journey of getting in tune and comprehend what’s really going down the skin hehe I could’nt help to notice that you left the first drawer opened during the procedure, that’s not good man, your machine is running and leaving all kinds off mist in the air and that’s made out from tiny blood particles all over the place where we work, including your pack of really nice gloves you got over there, we got be careful with that kind of stuff too.. anyways we’re all still learning I guess, keep the peace bro shout out from Brazil ✌🏻

    • @ChrisRavage
      @ChrisRavage  Рік тому

      I explained in the comments to someone why the draw being open isn’t an issue 😊. But briefly…airborne pathogens are exactly that, airborne, no matter where the towels are if they are in that room, pathogens would get to them, same with the gloves. It’s about limiting, it’s impossible to stop. Gloves and Towels would need to be completely locked away out of the room which isn’t feasible and needs to be on hand, Airborne particles have a travel distance of over a 6ft area eventually covering the room. Also all towels are ripped fresh daily. I hope that explains a little.

    • @ChrisRavage
      @ChrisRavage  Рік тому +1

      Paper towels are fresh ripped daily by my apprentice, and in the event of any contamination, it’s discarded and the whole area decontaminated.

    • @iangarnerlerose
      @iangarnerlerose Рік тому +1

      @@ChrisRavageFirst of all I would like to say, I appreciate your reply and your contribution to the tattoo community. I respect what you do and I think you are immensely talented! I’ll be honest with you however, as a customer, the answer I would be looking for is new fresh paper towels are ripped for each and every client with any unused towels being discarded after each session (not daily) and new gloves are kept in an enclosed area away from the work station where contaminants including splatter can not get to them during a session. This is my honest opinion and of course you may be of a different opinion and that’s fine, I just though I would be honest and share my thoughts about the issues should you care. I do have previous medical training as a first responder and bloodborne pathogen training and certifications.

    • @ChrisRavage
      @ChrisRavage  Рік тому +4

      @@iangarnerlerose I only work day sessions, one customer a day so if my towels are ripped daily then thats what it implys. My tattoo area is away from my work station and no splatter would reach my gloves, the only time splatter would be an issue is if i hit the bottom of my ink cap with my needle, in that case ink would splatter and potentially hit my gloves, (if my draw isnt closed which most of the time it is) in which case, they would be removed, the area decontaminated fully and replaced. Ive been doing this job a long time, and at no point has ink splatter on my gloves, ever been an issue. Keeping gloves away from a work station is not feasable..you glove and de-glove multiple times a day and they need to be on hand ready. We limit decamination, by not touching the gloves with anything other than de-gloved clean hands. Pathogens also are airborne so theres nothing really you can do, unless you kept them gloves, locked away at all times completely removed from the room when it comes to pathogens. Again, not feasable. Ambulances and Hospitals have latex/nitrile gloves on every ward in every cubical, these are not replaced after every patient. You would be opening boxes, getting 2 gloves and chucking the rest away. Its not what you do. You Limit contamination as best as possible. Also just to point out, when i dip im constantly checking for any drips and dont hold my machine above my gloves. I truly appreciate your input however.
