Not only do I remember and have this exact promo ad (and full block) recorded on VHS I remember actually watching every one of these episodes that night. In fact I remember my neighbor and I talked about that TFTC episode the next day. It was a spooky one. That episode of ROC was very serious and had a sad ending. The show ROC had that nature.
South Central ran for 10 episodes in 1994, Roc ran for years from 1991 to 1994, and Tales From the Crypt (rerun on Fox under the title Primetime Tales From the Crypt). I know watching Roc on Fox, BET, TV Land and TVOne, South Central on TV One, and Tales From the Crypt on HBO and reruns of that said show first 5 seasons that aired on Fox I think for about 1 year or 2 (1994-1996?).
