What is Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)?

Children's Operational Lead for SEND and Speech and Language Therapy, Ysanne Yeatman, joins me in the studio for The RCHT Radio Show to talk about Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) as part of the awareness day on Friday 20 October.
Ysanne talks about what Developmental Language Disorder is, how it presents in children, what are some of the strategies that can be used to support a child with DLD and how you can make a referral to the speech and language team if you have any concerns.
