- It's about Quality, not Quantity. On this episode of TobiTalks, Tobi shares what her role in Quality is all about. From gems to help you get into the field to the benefits of working in administration, catch all the details about this role in nursing!
I fell into Infection control/staff development nursing and I graduated nursing school almost 4 years ago.
I got my first nurse manager position before this position.
As a new QA Coordinator for a PACE program, this was so informative!! Thank you 🎉
I just started working in Quality a few weeks ago. I am doing a few audits and will learn core measures in a week or two. I am going to see every one of your videos because I think you are just so awesome
E!
Kudos on your new journey in Quality! Love to hear how your journey is going.
Hi! how are you liking quality? are you still in that field? I was at my worst in bedside and hoping this turns out better
New here..
I was just promoted from bedside to QI Nurse and you got me to be more excited of the new job I am into.
Thnaks for sharing!

I have an interview tomorrow for quality!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so very much for valuable insights and advice .I am currently in a quality role(fell into it) and did not understand the full scope of this new world. I appreciate how you gave real world examples and tangible details about this nursing field. I wish I heard this podcast before I accepted a new position.
This is so enlightening. Thank you for sharing.
I'm so glad I ran across this content! I think I (inadvertently) applied for a per diem job, as a quality improvement nurse, here in the Bay Area (I'm from Houston!). By the way, have you considered doing an interview with Jason on Nurses to Riches? I'm pretty active on his UA-cam and think you'd be great to share insights with him!
You are absolutely amazing! Fabulous video with solid content. Thank you very much! As a new nurse, I am exploring different career options.
Thank you for this! After 16 years of bedside nursing I too was questioning a change in careers. I first was looking into being an educator but you have opened my eyes to Quality Nursing. Just what I needed! Thanks
So glad I can help inspire you into the world of Quality!

Omg I love you. Thank you for this.
You are awesome and thanks for sharing your wisdom as it helps me a lot.
Thank you soo much. I am so happy to have found your channel. I am Rpn in Canada and I don’t want to be a bed side nurse any more. Please any advise on how to start from RPN because for now I am a community nurse and we don’t really have lots of meeting participation. I have wanted to go back to school but was not sure what to do. I really love a flexible job and not to worry when I go home and I can work from home. Please help .
Does one have to be a nurse to work in quality improvement and/or patient saftey outcomes in a hospital?
Thank you for the videos and you channel and sharing all this nursing information. I just found your channel and so thankful that I found your channel. I been so excited that i have found it. And looking and searching for my next career journey in nursing. Im currently a pediatric nurse thinking about grad school. Thank you Mrs Tobi.
