Yes its beautiful!! However let me correct one thing!!!! This is not completely 'improvised' in the manner of Keith's solo concerts -- this belongs to a group of Jarrett 'COMPOSITIONS' that he regularly plays as encores.There are a few like 'Heartland' ,'The Good America,' 'Mon Coeur est Rouge' is another.This Brussels one is really beautiful too, but not improvised 'from scratch'... My favourite of them all is one he did (without a title as far as i know) at the 'Boston 1983' gig for an encore (its on UA-cam). The Koln Concert encore was another piece that Keith had already composed and then improvised -- so with these solo piano pieces the basic melody and harmonic structure already exists-- it is not improvised from 'tabula rasa' ....Anyway excellent playing!!

Auch auf die Gefahr hin mich jetzt hier entsetzlich unbeliebt zu machen, aber mir gefällt diese Version sogar besser als Jarrett's Live-Version, die wohl rhythmisch etwas markanter ist, aber das lyrisch-melancholische Element (das tief in den Harmonien steckt) nicht so richtig aufblühen lässt. Diese Zugabe ist ein wirklich wundervolles musikalische "Good-Bye", sie atmet geradezu den "Abschied". Unbegreiflich, wie Jarrett sowas nach einem anstrengenden Konzertabend einfach so aus dem Ärmel schüttelt.

Bar 87/88 sound a bit different from the transcription but very much like what Jarrett played in Brussels. Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out what it is exactly. Can you help me?
@@FlowEckurt Yes, it starts at 2:54. I'm talking about Tim Wooods transcription (It's the only one I know of, unfortunately). There also seem to be some other differences but I was able to figure out how to correct these (for example at 1:47). The piece is more tricky than it seems. Sometimes it's only a matter of accentuation (if you do it wrong, it sounds completely different).
I think, I've got it! Please correct me, if I'm wrong: in bar 87, the Eb in the left hand should be a quaver-note, not a quarter-note, the last three quavers in the left hand of bar 87 therefore shift leftt by one quaver. The last quaver in the left hand of bar 87 is a G (it's new), which doubles with the first quaver of bar 88. Also the second last chord in the right hand in bar 88 is wrong. Instead of that, you (and Keith) play Db/F. Right?
