The Chicken of the Sea Mediterranean Sardines are worth the price (for $1.29), but even more so the King Oscars. The Chicken of the Sea sardines are mostly packed in soybean oil (and a little extra virgin olive oil) but that is a deal breaker for me (soybean oil is inflammatory and generally not healthy). King Oscar is clearly higher quality fish, extra virgin olive oil (the gold standard for health) and quality spices. Nice try Chicken of the Sea, but King Oscar may cost more, but the King Oscars are a better value. Great review. I really enjoyed it. And love the background music.

I have autoimmune disorder in my experience from eating King Oscar with olive oil to eating soybean I have no more inflammation after eating the ones with soybean than I do extra virgin olive oil. Which is none

@@christopher.m.dickinson0315these oil snobs aren’t going to be swayed. If it tastes good then there isn’t too much difference health wise. Maybe if eating daily and drinking all the oil. Otherwise the available, affordability, and taste enjoyment are the real factors.

Sprats and herring are not interchangeable, Chicken of the Sea!

And Thai Union is the jumbo company that owns both King Oscar and Chicken of the Sea. Not sure if these are packed in the same facility in Poland, but no surprise that they share at least the supply of cans.
