A bit late, but I think both are really good. Battle Hoshino so far seems to be very broken, allowing us to reach 40 million score for the first time in a raid (Perorodzilla). She's definitely going to be meta for all blue AOE content (and might be great for single-target too, but it's a bit early to tell). As a tank, she's okay, basically a premium normal Hoshino. Shiroko Terror is mostly AA-focused, so she's primarily used in blue Fury of Set right now, but maybe we can come up with some focus fire meta in the future. She was also used in speedrunning the lower difficulties in Perorodzilla. tl;dr: it's a bit too early to tell, both are very good for their use cases
