Those are lovely. They remind me of Wedgewood cameos.

Just came across this video. How can I watch "Rita" where to find her please? Does she have a channel on UA-cam? Also, where did you get the mushroom stamp?

I just received my order from Rita and yes I was so frustrated I was ready to donate them! I did not see the tip to warm the knife so I’ll try that although I don’t have electric near by my table ( all plugs in service) so I might try hot water. The warmer looks like a standard mug warmer so if I get better I might get one. This is pretty but I’m wondering if the pourable frames would be better for me

Thanks so much for sharing this Breanna! I've watched Rita's instagram video and this complements it really nicely. I appreciate the greater length and your keeping in what mistakes look like.
How do you clean all the little wax scraps and soot off the mats?

      Hey! Thank you so much!
I use one of my metal spatulas to scrape off wax bits from my my. I use Scrubby Soap for cleaning my mat and if there are any stubborn places of soot, I use alcohol with a q tip. I also try and use my little mandala plate to rest my spoon on to avoid getting soot on my mat. But sometimes I forget and place my spoon on my mat and it gets dirty 😂

I’m going to have to try my mini pancake maker to heat my palette knives !

Great video. TY Breanna. The only thing I found is the background music made it difficult for me to hear you well.

Totally fair :) I enjoy having the background music, but next time I will lower the music volume more :) thanks for the feedback

I noticed that you have your palette knives tucked under the edge of the warmer (for stability). Is the edge metal or plastic, and will the heat from the knives melt it over time? Also, do you have a link to this warmer? I've been using a wax "furnace" which appears to be basically the same thing and is use instead of the tea light so I can have a consistent heat temp and melt more at once (I use 3 spoons). But heating my palette knives is a little more difficult since I want to get them ready while I'm doing other things and don't want to hold it the same time.

What kind of markers do you prefer for colouring?
