I ordered the CD and Video Disc of this concert and it is incredible... What a Band, what a Talent RIP Stuart... You were one of the Greats, no doubt !!!
I have had my CD & DVD Collection of the Performance and not a day goes by that I don't Play or Watch them or sometimes do both. It is FANTASTIC !!! I Highly recommend it..
This is an absolutely "Insane" spectacular performance.. I just ordered my CD/DVD package and cannot wait to get it, put it on the Big Screen and Blast it throughout my entire neighborhood.. Awesome Performance... RIP Stuart...
Stuart's intro: "Ok, hello there great to be back in Scotland again seeing so many friendly smiling faces looking up at me. This is the next thing we are going to do (he gets tongue tied here) it's about families being split abroad to make a living, it's called close action"
@Grichal1981 I'm fairly certain that this concert was recorded at the Barrowlands venue in Glasgow, Scotland on new years eve of '83/'84. It was their return after a three month tour in America, when they were the most popular there. I still think they're wonderful.
The sound if this performance is so good 30 years old great songs my favorite live performance ever even though they only had out there first album and wonderland
I have a CD of this performance (on King Biscuit Flower Hour records). Never have seen any video of this show until now!! Thanks a ton for posting this. Saw them around '93 in NYC. Great show.
Only that you RIP Stuart, Big Man, full of talents, passed away far too soon, you could show the world so much more of your talents, you were overloaded gifted of them. Once again, RIP, hope to meet my big hero once in the afterlife 🙏🙏🙏
I've just come home from seeing them with Mike Peters in Birmingham. Nine tracks played from "The Crossing", but this the only track left out. I hear by start a petition with B.C. fans and the group themselves, to bring this great track back to the live set please...
I love this song. Can anyone understand what Stuart speaks before they begin this performance? His accent seems so heavy to me that I can't make a lot of it out.
@Grichal1981 sorry for the thumbs down... clicked the wrong button lol. i'm going to see BC in sheffield in april, what was the concert like? i went to see BC in the 90's and they were amazing, just wondered what they're like without stuart?
STILL ONE OF THEIR GREATEST LIVE PERFORMANCES AND THIS SONG IS INCREDIBLE... THE GUITAR SOLOS ARE TO DIE FOR... STAY ALIVE !!!
I could spend days listening to their music, especially this tune....the guitar work just floors me every song of theirs I hear...

First VHS tape I ever bought. And I didn't even have a VCR to play it on. Still have it all these years later.

My goodness - it is sweetness incarnate. Hold on people: your souls are about to be kicked in the ass.
Do you know what year this was? It must have been in the 80s.
Many Thanks Pal ;)
