As per new guidelines RI, S/D & nothing are not given importance.
Only PI is important for all 3 vessels - Ut A, UA & MCA because PI takes into account the average velocity and thus gives more superior information then anything else.
My 2 cents- just open Barcelona Doppler calculator and enter weeks days and PI values of arteries and you will get necessary information.
Fetal Doppler although looks very easy but is not the case.
You need to rule out SGA vs FGR.
Rest what is told here is fine.
