- A little tech tip video and how to on what I've done to my outlaw rampage pro, modified for longer travel and a Proline Chevy Silverado prerunner body with a 12.3" wheelbase.
I took 1-3mm in size washer shims and tightened the entire sloppy front a-arm assembly. Anything that jiggled just a little, you get a shim. Some places were really tough hoping the pin can shim the hole just right, patience.... Runs so much better. 24t pinion, sensored brushless 13.5, stick to 2s unless you want to race your buddy on the street. I really wish some company would make some heavier in weight trailing arms. And the driving area cant be too many rocks that can hit the rear skid plate. Oh I used teflon pans for skid plates, they slide great. Just take your time, use cardboard to make template before you take moms good pan from kitchen. lol
I know it’s been a year but I’d love to see a walk around of this truck with the body and maybe some running footage.
Hey man it's RockJucnkie, i didn't know you had a youtube channel, its awsome man, very informative
Link to the rear end parts? Love the build, very informative! The kyosho outlaw is sick man. Love mine
Where did you get the rear aluminum suspension arms where the bottom of the shock mounts?
Is there away to make it 4 wheel drive? I’m sure with enough money it’s possible so it would have to be somewhat inexpensive or it wouldn’t be worth it. I do t even own any 2 wheel drive RC’s I just think 4 wheel is much better.
Your suspension knowledge on this Truck is beyond me. Would a sway bar setup work instead of spacers changing geometry in droop?
Where did u get ur rear trailing are from once again
Hello friend, how are you? how is this cart going? are you still using it? Is it easy to find important spare parts? (Gearbox, diff, Spur gear etc...) Regards.😊
