My sleep was good (never great) but when I did wake up he sent me right back down in to lovely dreams and thoughts. Please carry on.

I put this on my headphones last night and went to bed listening to this video, and two others following it. I quickly went to sleep and I dreamt he was with me and was guiding me, through four or five of his meditations and his breath work, and it was utterly amazing. It was giving me greater control over my consciousness each meditation he helped me complete, at one point he said 'now you have opened up your soul to unlimited abundance', and at the end of all the sessions he hugged me, and it felt so safe and wonderful I never wanted it to stop - it was like I was sinking into him, he ended the hug and said he could feel what was wrong with my heart, and that I had done well to heal it as much as I had (it had damage from a bad bout of covid in 2022) but to finish off the healing I must move my body much more every day, do his breathing techniques and then that would get the last of the damage fixed. It was all SO REAL... I'm going to bed plugged into him again tonight, that was extraordinary.. it was so real, and he was so clear. I usually go to bed with headphones on listening to stuff but nothing like this has ever happened before,it wasnt like any dream I had ever had, wow..
wow need think that much ? no thanks . practice on not to think much of that and this and this and that, not even what u going to wear eat date then u will get there. the most simple way to find yourself is as equal to god's mode is be silent and from not to analyzing ,not to listen mind . mind is who telling u do these and those things and always trying to control u ,even meditation is mind behaviors on physical forms how to sit and so on . heart is always open on compassion to all and pulling necessity thoughts will involve naturally .all livings are be loved by god's mode so be gentle on people animals even the plants and do some practice on fasting for saving lives of others if all lives are matter plus yours , that's all there is . god's mode is simple but how to be quiet is continue practice on to be quiet and relax the eyes. it seems slow but will change energy for u faster then u ever realized and god never did ask anyone price paying for this ,it is free for your wellbeing.
