If you dont have a clean mailing list you are waisting your money. Last December i sent out a mailing ,not with Post cards but a letter in my business envelopes.. I used a printing company mailing list. I got back 30 percent of them back because the address was either wrong or the business was no longer in business. One of them i knew the owner. He closed his business over 15 years ago. The mailing list is the most important thing to have done right.

When you receive random emails with links. Do you freely click it? Or are you cautious due to widespread cyber hacking? QR codes IS the new generation for hacking your phone.

Great video! I love creating postcards with QR codes and using vistaprint, but what is an efficient way to get a mailing list? (I use a parcel viewer and manually type them in a spreasheet) There's got to be a faster way. Is the only way to purchase a list??
I never look at QR codes. If I see a QR code I toss the postcard in ten seconds into the trash.

Honestly you don’t need to purchase a mailing list, it’s all public records

@@TheMsgodiva do a Google search by putting in the county where the properties are that you want to mail to and also put in some thing like property records. You’ll have to sift through a few websites but eventually you’ll find your way to what you’re looking for. The more you do it the easier it gets. For example, I live in Utah, but I did a search for Jefferson county Colorado property records. No problem could have create a new mailing list from that.
